Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of converting your design/logo into stitches to be sewn directly on your apparel. It is not limited to clothing. We can also embroider towels, gym bags, computer cases, saddle pads, etc. If we can get it on the machine and a needle will go through it, WE CAN DO IT!
Screen printing
Screen printing is a process which takes your design/logo and separates it into its individual colors. The design is then “painted” onto your items.
Direct to Garment printing
This is a new technology that we have just acquired. We can take your design/logo, scan it into the computer (or you can bring a digital file of the artwork), send it to the garment printer which will directly print the design on your items. This differs from screen print in that it has a much softer hand, there is no limit to the number of colors in the design, the set up cost is less and it is just as durable as screen print.
Heat applied vinyl transfers
This application is used frequently for putting names and numbers on the back of jerseys, jackets, sweatshirts, etc. The design/name/number is cut from vinyl and applied with heat to the item.
